01 — The Goal

Reposition the brand’s social presence with a clearer, more intentional visual identity, while supporting regular product campaigns and brand storytelling.

02 — The Approach

We restructured the Instagram grid with a bold, central line of colour-coded posts, visually dividing content into four brand pillars:

- Sustainability initiatives
- Industry Positioning (5-star reviews)
- Services Excelled
- Product Updates (new, restock, sale)

This consistent pattern made the feed visually striking and easy to navigate, reinforcing core messages while supporting brand recall.

Alongside this structure, we introduced monthly product campaigns, launching five new products per month, woven seamlessly into the grid.

The result? We saw an uptick in conversion rate of 21%, just in one month after the new schedule was released.
